Grammar and spelling are important . Students will be penalized for incorrect spelling . |

Marks will be awarded for correct responses only . One mark if correct , zero if not . NO HALF MARK ! |

Diagrams must be neatly done . Marks will not be awarded for sloppy drawings . Diagrams must ; be in pencil , have a title , have horizontal label lines hat touch what they identify , have labels in all CAPITAL or all common case . |

Students have five minutes grace period to attend classes . Latecomers will stand by the door |
